Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your IZIMINI purchase, but we understand that sometimes things do not work out as expected. If you need to return an item, we are happy to help as long as it meets the conditions below.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes.

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item and return it for a refund, including standard delivery costs.

In addition, we offer store credit for eligible returns submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn (if applicable), in sellable condition, with all labels intact and in its original packaging
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Returns must be submitted through your IZIMINI Account Portal using the same email address used for your order
  • No password is required

How do I return an item?

To start a return, please log in to your IZIMINI Account Portal and follow the return instructions.

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive a return shipping label (£15 return shipping fee applies for change of mind returns)
  • Pack your item securely to prevent damage during shipping
  • Print and attach the return label to the package, covering or removing any old shipping labels
  • Drop the package off with the designated carrier
  • Email us at contact@izimini.com to confirm the return has been shipped

We will process your return within three business days after receiving it.

For approved refunds, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. For approved store credit returns, the credit will be issued accordingly.

Can I cancel my order before it is shipped?

As orders are processed quickly, we are generally unable to cancel orders once placed.

However, if your order has already shipped, you may still exercise your cancellation rights under UK consumer law or return the item for store credit in accordance with this policy.

Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds, exchanges or store credit in the following situations:

  • You exercise your legal cancellation right within 14 days of delivery
  • A product is faulty, defective or not as described

In these situations, we will cover the return shipping cost where required under applicable consumer law.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Shipping delays caused by couriers
  • Change of mind returns requested after the 14 day cancellation period
  • Incorrect sizing or if the item does not look as expected
  • Items that have been used, damaged or returned without original packaging and labels

Store credit may still be available for eligible returns submitted within 30 days of delivery.

What if I return an item without approval?

To avoid any issues, please follow the return process above.

If we receive a non approved return, we will contact you to discuss the best way to proceed.

Items returned without original packaging and labels, or returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, may incur a £10 administration fee plus any applicable shipping costs.
