Our warehouse is located in Melbourne in Australia, where we shipped all orders from. 

How much is shipping? 

Australia:

1. AU$10 flat rate standard shipping for orders up to AU$99
2. Free standard shipping for orders AU$99 and over
3. AU$20 flat rate express shipping for orders up to AU$99
4. AU$10 flat rate express shipping for orders AU$99 and over

New Zealand:

1. $15 flat rate international standard shipping for orders up to NZ$110
2. Free international standard shipping for orders NZ$110 and over
3. $25 flat rate express shipping for orders up to NZ$110
4. $15 flat rate express shipping for orders NZ$110 and over

Singapore:

1. SG$20 flat rate international standard shipping for orders up to SG$150
2. Free international standard shipping for orders SG$150 and over
3. SG$30 flat rate express shipping for orders up to SG$150
4. SG$15 flat rate express shipping for orders SG$150 and over

Hong-Kong:

1. HK$120 flat rate international standard shipping for orders up to HK$750

When will you ship my order? 

All orders placed before noon (AEST) are being dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after noon (AEST) are dispatched the following business day.

 

When will I receive my order? 

Australia:

Standard shipping: 2-10 business days
Express shipping: 1-5 business days

New Zealand:

Standard shipping: 3-15 business days
Express shipping: 2-8 business days

Singapore:

Standard shipping: 6-15 business days
Express shipping: 3-8 business days

Hong-Kong:

Standard shipping: 6-15 business days
Express shipping: 3-8 business days

Rest of the World:

Standard shipping: 6-15 business days

How do you ship items? 

We use use a postal or courier service which includes tracking.

What about import duties? 

Any import costs (e.g. customs duties) are the responsibility of the customer and not IZIMINI.

What about pre-orders?  

Pre-order we will ship it as soon as we receive it into stock. If you order items that are in stock at the same time, we will hold those items and ship your entire order once your pre-order item(s) come into stock. However, don't hesitate to reach out if you wish to receive available items first and we will happy to arrange it.
