Yes, absolutely. Weโre happy to provide store credit if your item meets the following return conditions:

We will process your return within three business days after receiving it, and your store credit will be issued accordingly.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind or similar reasons that are not covered under Australian Consumer Law.
Since we process orders quickly, weโre unable to cancel them once placed. However, youโre always welcome to return your order for store credit once received, following the return process above.
We offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit only if a product is faulty or defective. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
